Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed the order. Please contact us if you wish to do so.
Selling the items with good conditions is our policy, however, in case you found any defects in your purchased items, or wrong item was delivered you, please contact us at anglersgarrage@gmail.com WITHIN 1 WEEK from delivery date. We will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return the item in its unused & original condition. If the product you wish to return is out of stock, you can exchange for one that is same or higher in value and the difference must be topped up.
There may be circumstances which your purchased items get damaged during its shipment and delivery. If there is a problem with the item, and only if we confirm that the failure is not purchaser’s fault, we will be open to negotiate about the reimbursement. In case it occurred, please send us e-mail at info@chasetackle.com WITH AT LEAST 5 PICTURES of the broken items. Pictures must clearly show the whole body of the item, and its broken part(s).
We only accept exchange request if you received wrong order. Please contact us at anglersgarrage@gmail.com within 3 days of the date of receipt of merchandise and in its original and unused condition. Exchanges can be made only once with every transaction.
Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. Merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for exchange. Our merchandise is carefully examined and makes sure it in good condition before delivered to you.
Please contact us within 7 days if you wish to return or exchange the item because of a defect in the purchased item, or of delivery of wrong item. We will not accept any return requests or cancellation requests if the items do not have any problems or defects. Regardless of the statement above, we cannot accept any requests of order cancellation, return nor exchange of items in case of the followings;
- If delivered item was already opened or used.
- If it is 7 days after your order was delivered.
- If defect or damage was caused on your side after delivery.
- If the item does not have original package and cases.
- If you customized the purchased item.
- If the list of our items indicates that the item is unreturnable.
We will be responsible for the shipping fee for return and exchange, if it was obvious that the item has the defect or if wrong item was delivered to you. In case the item was in fine condition but you did not like it and would like to return it, you will be responsible for bearing the cost for return shipment.
In an unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Anglers Garage shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Anglers Garage of the problem in writing to us within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
Items are subjected to availability. In which case, Anglers Garage regret to inform that we are not able to provide a date at which the items may be available.
Should the item be not in stock, your order may be delayed or cancelled and you will be duly informed of this situation via email.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their purchased item(s). For shipment via DHL, UPS, FEDEX or EMS you can track orders at courier tracking site with the given tracking number.
Anglers Garage will not responsible for loss of items during delivery. All items purchased from Anglers Garage are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Items will be shipped out once payment (PayPal paid, Wise paid, Credit Card debited, cheque cleared, interbank funds payment received) is received by Anglers Garage.
Shipments may be subjected to your local import charges and taxes, and any other restrictions are the responsibilities of the buyer. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Anglers Garage.
We would love to send you a new item only if the delivered item is unused by the purchaser. If we do not have the new item in our storage and cannot send it to you, we will reimburse your payment. You will be responsible for the shipment fee that occurs when you ship the item back to us.
Initial shipping & handling fees will not be refunded but in the event of exchange the delivery is free of charge.
